Frequently asked questions

Do I need money to take the course?

No. The course teaches you to evaluate deals before you commit capital. Doing an actual flip does require funding (yours, a lender's or a partner's), and Module 6 covers how each option works.

Is this specific to one state?

The process applies anywhere in the U.S., but laws, permits, licensing and taxes vary by state and city. We flag where you need local professionals.

Will I make money?

We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Many flips lose money. The course is designed to help you avoid bad deals and make informed decisions. See our earnings disclaimer.
